SHIPPING TERMS

We offer free shipping within New Zealand on orders over $100.00NZD. All orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri will leave same day from our warehouse. Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends we will be unable to ship your order, as courier companies do not operate. We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address. All orders paid by bank deposit will be processed and shipped the day funds clear in our bank accounts. This usually takes up to two working days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Items that are returned more than SEVEN days after delivery and/or are unable to be resold as new cannot be exchanged or refunded. We cannot accept items for exchange that are returned after SEVEN days. Please note that we are not obligated to refund items unless they are defective or damaged. Please note we will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. A full refund will be given in this instance. If you are returning because item is no longer required, or ordered in error, the shipping fee is nonrefundable and you may be asked to pay the re-shipping fee.
